This downloadable A5 pack includes a zine-style guide packed with prompts, explanations, and space to jot things down, plus a matching worksheet to complete at your own pace. You can print it at home onto A4 and fold it into your own booklet — simple, doable, and strangely satisfying.

When you’ve filled it in, save it somewhere safe, and make sure one or two trusted people know where to find it.
